The hotel is dated and not well kept. Rooms are decent and the location is ok. The free breakfast felt like eating at a prison cafeteria. The staff watches you eat like hawks and literally count how much food you eat. You are not allowed to take not even a glass of juice back to the room. They will literally chase after you, grab it from your hands and pour it out in the trash in front of everyone. And this happened multiple times in the 20 mins we were there. You cannot even take a few creamer packets back to the room even though there is a coffee maker in the room. No fruit or yogurt selection either. I stayed here in 2023 and it was not like this at all. There must have been a change in management and it’s not for the better. I would never stay here again. Disgusting how you treat paying customers.

Staff was welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is rundown, room was big but not the best. Transportation was easy and right across the street. Overall it was perfect for our stay as we weren’t at the hotel much other then to sleep.

I paid for my reservation directly through hotels.com and was charged again from La Quinta. They lied and said the charges weee going to be reversed but that didn’t happen. Now they’re telling me to contact hotels.com when they charged me again at check in!! Not only was the place run down I came back from the funeral home to went to take a shower and everything was soak and wet. Every single towel and the floor was drenched. I spoke to the front desk and they said it was condensation when it was raining from the room upstairs. This was the worse stay I’ve ever had at any establishment.

I like that everything was close by the hotel like the bus to newyork and American dream mall was literally right there . I didn’t like that house keeping didn’t clean my room the whole time I was there . I like that they serve breakfast in the morning but I don’t like that they serve the same thing everyday. Overall I would stay there again

When we got into our first room , it was full of rust. The ac didn’t work , the staff moved us to another room that the ac didn’t work it was 96 degrees in the room. So I went back downstairs and they had me check different rooms to see if the acs worked in them . After I found one that did work, I had to walk me and my 3 kids in a parking garage that was pretty far at 11:30 at night. The parking lot was full in the hotel and had HUGE pot holes. Staff was friendly. But for 200$ for ONE night . I will never return .

The rooms were filthy, stains in the carpet, bed and walls! It looked like blood, and the ac didn’t work, room doors were cracked. Room was blazing hot in the middle of the night in summer! We were given a box fan which did not help at all; and they simply told us that it’s cuz the units are old. The pool was foggy and nasty, totally different from the pictures online; same as the breakfast, same stuff everyday and none of it was good at all. They lure you in with the pictures but then you enter and it’s the complete opposite. All the lights were yellow giving an eerie feelings, and lights are dim in the room so you feel like you’re about to get snatched under the bed. 1/5 stars, only good thing about this place is the people who work there are nice

Bad customer service they place don’t have no upgrade. We have terrible with the hotel they give to us a dirty bedroom and the customer service guy. Tell us go to sleep in another place after they charged me $451 for only 2 nights. I’m come back the next day for talk with the manager ! she was nice! She help to us to receive the money back!
