Room and amenities were adequate. Unfortunately the shower handle was stuck and had to call maintenance to fix it. They fixed it but management never apologized. First day of my stay I went to work without a proper shower. This should never happen in a pricy hotel

Front Desk Staff was amazing. No issues there at all. However, We paid extra for a room with a view of NYC - when we arrived we were told this hotel has no view as it is blocked by another hotel in front of it. We were there seven days - and four of them, the lights in the majority of the room did not work. Each day we reported it - the staff promptly addressed it - but the next morning, the lights would not work again. There were no working ice machines on the floors - other than the lobby floor. We were given two towels and one roll of toilet paper. This is not adequate so we kept having to ask for towels and toilet paper.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Weekhawkin and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I checked in. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable. The amenities were excellent, especially the kitchenette and breakfast area. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and public transport. thank you
