Immersed in nature 7 km from the sea is located the beautiful Residence Melissa with swimming pool, barbecue area and tennis court. Common area to share.
The residence consists of a main villa plus 4 independent flats, 2 on the first floor 1P and 2 on the ground floor GF.
The 4 flats (1P and GF) have a private outdoor area, living room with kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Only 1 small dog per flat is allowed.
N.B.
Additional costs payable only in cash at check in:
-Electricity consumption €0.50 per kW
-Bed linen supply -bath towels: 15,00€ each (only if requested)
-Check in after 21.00 until midnight available at a cost of 50€ (only on request)
