The house is surrounded by many trees, which allows you to be in a fresh and natural environment, with ample parking for 4 vehicles.

The waves of the sea are just 5 meters from the property, this being a privileged feature for our guests.

Within 5 minutes you will find good restaurants, fish stores, shrimp and lobsters.

The beach is wide and clean, only the owners of the Villas visit it

Interiors: Internally the house has a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a storage room. All rooms in the house have air conditioning. One master bedroom with its bathroom and two rooms with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a shared bathroom. AC units in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Ranch: This property stands out for having a large ranch with a clay tile roof, which allows you to be in a fresh environment, enjoying hammocks, rocking chairs, listening to and observing the waves of the sea that make your stay most pleasant.
