Minha hospedagem foi em janeiro/2026. Pontos positivos: prédio novo, com excelente localização e infraestrutura (rooftop lindo e academia pequena, mas bem equipada e com ar condicionado); vista maravilhosa da praia; cadeiras, guarda sol, caiaques e stand up disponíveis para levar para a praia; flat é muito bem decorado, com muitos armários e equipado com TV, cooktop, cafeteira, geladeira, forno elétrico, liquidificador e sanduicheira, com uma pequena área externa muito agradável. Pontos negativos: a descida para a praia com o material náutico é complicada; lavanderia deve ser paga à parte a cada uso; mesmo tendo permanecido por 9 dias, não houve troca de roupa de cama/banho ou serviço de diarista; não há reposição de produtos como papel higiênico e sabão; banheiro com mofo no teto do chuveiro e vazamento no box, o que deixou o banheiro molhado durante todo o período de minha estadia (tive que usar toalhas contornando o box durante todo o período).
