Flat perfeito, bem espaçoso, cama confortavel, na cozinha so faltou panela pra usar no cooktop (mais pra mim nao foi problema, pois não precisei usar). O unico lado ruim é que o hotel não guarda sua bagagem, tive que fazer o check-out e ficar andando com as malas.

8 por conta do estacionamento e da cozinha.

O flat é bem conservado, o espaço é ótimo, pensei que tinha cozinha completa mas tem itens básicos, cafeteira, sanduicheira e microondas, não tem fogão o que dificultou um pouco por que fomos com criança e na condição de flat queríamos economizar, mas tivemos que comer mais fora pq só conseguimos fazer no máximo um misto quente. Em relação ao estacionamento, nas descrições tem estacionamento disponível, mas o hotel não tem vaga para todos sendo estacionamento rolante e você paga 20.00 a diária para deixar seu carro. Mas o hotel está em ótima localização perto de tudo, a piscina do hotel é maravilhosa.

Foi maravilhoso se hospedar nele, aconchegante, limpinho, bem localizado, perto do nome eu amo João Pessoa, próximo ao Busto de Tamandaré e a feirinha de artesanato de Tambaú onde nos divertimos muito. Só ficou um pouco a desejar e nem falo desejar, falo falta de diálogo entre eu e o anfitrião, que não pode subir pra cobertura com culer, pois lá tem barzinho, a não ser isso tudo ótimo.

Excelente localização. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom. O café da manhã não estava incluído na diária, mas o flat fica próximo à padaria e mercados. O estacionamento tem poucas vagas. O check in foi rápido, apesar do estabelecimento está cheio. A área da piscina é muito agradável e tem uma linda vista da praia.

Localização excelente. Cadeiras com mofo, travesseiros de péssima qualidade, estacionamento nunca está disponível (em 7 dias de viagem não teve vaga em dia nenhum). A fechadura da porta estava quebrada quando chegamos, reclamamos todos os dias e continuou quebrada. Limpeza do quarto e troca de roupas de cama e toalhas apenas 1x a cada 4 dias, solicitei que fosse feita com menos tempo, e mesmo pagando, não foi feita. Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Ar condicionado direcionado para cima da cama. Pelo valor da hospedagem esperávamos um serviço de melhor qualidade e um quarto em melhor estado.
