Lindo, bem decorado e bem estruturado

Lindo, tudo novo, bem estruturado e bem decorado, roupas de cama e toalhas confortáveis, novos e limpos. O prédio é novo, limpo e com regras de boa conveniência. Tem um pequeno restaurante e café no térreo e fazem serviço de quarto. A lavanderia no térreo atende muito bem. Fui muito feliz nos dias em que fiquei nesse apto. A comunicação com a administradora é muito boa - Viva Hospedagens. Voltarei e recomendo.

Recomendo! Excelente opção em Cabo Branco

Excelente o apartamento e a estrutura do prédio, em geral. Tudo muito bem cuidado, organizado e muito completo para uma estadia... Academia ótima do prédio. Boa bicicleta, apesar do assento bem duro. Acho que a pessoa sem experiência deveria tomar cuidado com o kayak, já que a praia pode bater um pouco dependendo da maré. Área gourmet boa pra relaxar, atendimentos do apto e do prédio ótimos. A área não tem nada. Foi uma surpresa não ter nem mercado ou padaria, mas, no fds que ficamos, abriram um café no prédio. Não fui, mas pode ser uma opção.
