Could not even check in. Upon arrival at the property the room offered was completely different to tge one I reserved, e.g. reserved for a double bed room and was offered a sinhle bed room in very poor condition.

BAD EXPERIENCE

With check in,they did not know who we were. There were no Covid regulations followed...no sanitiser,no thermometer,no register. Whole bathroom smelled like mould and the shower was dirty. There were no towels and when we requested twice eventually we had to pay a deposit for the towels and we received bath mats and we were told its all they have
