Just did an overnight but staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. I would suggest they keep more petty cash on hand to provide change when required.

The room as not very clean. The shower had mold and was not clean. On the floor there was yelling in the halls and partying until 4 in the morning. The staff did nothing about this. The noise and chaos began again at 8 AM. My luggage was stowed while I was away for a couple of weeks. Upon return they could not find my luggage. It took 20 minutes to find it. It was not tagged properly. I would not stay here again. The price was good, but it was not restful and caused me stress.

Comfortable Rooms. Appreciate the free airport shuttle bus from the BUS TERMINAL area in the airport, picking up every hour. Signs were easy to follow. Only 10 minutes drive from airport to hotel. The breakfast is worth the price. It was a full hot buffet. Very nice. This is a great option for families, as they have rooms with 2 double beds. This is where our family stays for overnight layovers at JNB.

Overall, it was a clean well maintained hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just perfect and worth the cost. If your room is ready to check in early - you need to pay a few bucks per hour. The shuttle ride to the airport/hotel is on the hourly schedule.

Good Customer service but cleanliness issues

Staff service at breakfast and check in was amazing. The breakfast selection was also outstanding. We unfortunately had a few problems with the room. The room was not as clean as expected (there was a lot of mould in the corner of the room on the roof and there was hair on the beds). On our last day there was no water and I believe there were no water works/disruptions reported that day? The hotel is in a very convenient location for the airport and for shopping but it could be sign posted better on the main road as we found it difficult to find at first.

The holiday is showing its age. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the toilet tank is slow to fill up. Good shower. The family rooms are too small for a family of 4. The TV is small and the pillows were uncomfortable. The food was not great. We requested housekeeping and they never showed up. Will not return nor recommend. Convenient distance to East Rand mall and McDonalds close by.
