My money for booking was deducted Twice ,on the 22nd and the 24th June.I do not know whom to contact for refund. I have called the Hotel but no one is interesting.
I paid a the full amount when I booked this accommodation as it reflects here. The hotel insisted that they only received R983,84 and I had to pay R1003,52. How to I claim my money back?
Room 104 for people with disabilities not so nice. Broken bathroom door and lots of strings hanging above the ceiling. Room 102 booked in advanced but not ready on arrival
