The room was quite clean but very cramped. I felt claustrophobic in it. The bathroom was excellent with lots of space and clean towels. Doesn’t anyone believe in towel bars anymore? They would have been helpful. The room and hotel were a bit shabby. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, worn spots were evident in the room, the elevator floors were worn out, one of the dollies had a flat tire, etc. The desk staff were not very helpful. Loved the restaurant but breakfast was understaffed all three days and staff were scurrying around to replenish plates and flatware. The food was excellent.

Hotel staff was great/hotel needs upgraded

The entire 5th floor smelled like marijuana. The staff were great, Hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was really good. Beautiful enterence area, great for just sitting and chatting. I probably would choose a different hotel next time.
