It was good for rest and good enougs breakfast , easy parking areas, good AC , comfortable bed with tv microwave, fridge, iron, coffee maker, blower ect.
The toilet was slow as well as the sink carpet need to be clear look old and dirty, some of receptionists wasn’t the frendly to say a simple good morning overal was good stay , im sure i will come back!
Andrea at the front desk was rude and purposely did nothing to accommodate our request. We asked for a first floor non smoking room. She gave us a smoking room where the door didn’t work properly and the bathroom door didn’t close. We asked for a different room on the first floor and were told there were no other rooms available. We were on our motorcycle and explained that since we had a lot of items to carry in, the second floor would be difficult for us since we are senior citizens. A young man came in after us, with no reservations, and she gave him a first floor room that she said was not available for us. I talked to the manager the next morning, he said he would talk to her. It’s their policy to give motorcycles first floor so they can be close to their bike. I hope no one else is discriminated against like we were.
DO NOT STAY HERE! The carpet and furniture were very dated, but that was not really a problem. When we entered the room, the AC was set on 80 and di not get much lower than that the entire stay. the desk chair was missing screws and I fell when I tried to sit in it. The bed pillows were only half pillows. There was mildew on the edge of one of the comforters. On the second day, my husband happened to look up at the shower ceiling; it had black mold on it. I guess the old addage "you get what you pay for" applied.

The carpet and tile in the bathroom were filthy! To get clean towels you had to take the soiled ones to the front desk to get clean ones. I would never stay there again and would have left except it was college graduation week and everything was booked.

The carpet was very dirty and to get fresh towels you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk yourself. Never experienced that before.
Was in town for a race. Booked last minute online due to our other hotel being an issue. Staff was very nice, grounds clean. Bed was comfy, pillows were weird half pillows. Bedding needs updated. Clean but worn, same with towels. Room and floors need a deep cleaning. Did ok for a short stay.

My biggest complaint is that this Quality Inn is advertised as a hotel but is in fact a motel. As a woman traveling with her 20 yo daughter, i wanted a hotel.
The room was mostly clean as long as you didn't look behind things, something nasty was clogging the sink drain, and the area around the place was sketchy. We felt a little vulnerable.
The lady behind the front desk was the only bright spot - she was lovely. Still, my last stay at a Quality Inn!
When i went in it stu k really badly there was hair on the tub and blood splatters on the wass and on ceiling.When i called the front deak,I was told that they didnt have anymore smoking room,I told her that I did t ask for a smoking room because I dont smoke around my girls,so could i switch rooms,but then she said that they were booked up,so I asked her for some cleaner and rags and ill clean the room myawlf, she .The night before I left I called the front desk to see uf I stayed(i had already cleaned tge room)could i get aome kind of discount,the man told me no,that he didnt do that celing

In my room ,the fridge didnt get cold the heat jad to be turned up very high to get it warm in room,coffee pot doesnt work,had to borrow some cleaner from office before i could take bath
The bathroom door wouldnt shut due to the latch being severly damaged. The TV would not work and kept saying 'weak or no connection'.The beding and the curtains were dirty. We stay here a lot and typcially the rooms are mich cleaner but not this time.
