Room for itself was clean when we checked in accept the Bed linen. On one of the Pillows was a big Makeup stain (how could you missed that?) and on one of the sheets was a small blood stain. The Housekeeper needed 4 Attempts to find clean sheets. The service on the next day was also not so great. The Trash was taken out, but the bed was not made up and the supplies where not replenished. The fresh Towels where just dumped on the counter. Never less you could pick up what ever you needed at the Front desk. What did I like? There is a Hibachi Grill and Buffet and a Target Store really close by. I liked the Furniture and the Desk Setup, and the Flooring. There were two Ladies and a Gentleman at the Front desk, the Gentleman and one of the Ladies where really friendly the other one not so much. It seamed that this motel has a lot of permanent Residence and you see them hanging out, but they didn't bother us. I think for the Price Red Roof is charging it is a ok motel!

Not terrible worth the price

Staff was wonderful and as nice as could be. The area was really confusing to navigate. It was dark when I got there and there wasn’t good lighting to show where the hotel was. It did get a little loud at night I could hear people outside talking for a while. I was on the third floor just a little sketchy. Very clean room and nice and clean white towels. Comfy bed. Just stayed 1 night which was enough for me

Red Roof has made a big change on there rooms. They removed the carpet the rooms no longer smell. The rooms are clean. Like most Red Roof Inns theres sone shady characters around. I like they dont charge a fee for one dog. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

My husband stays here when he travels to work. The staff are very nice and kept his room clean. The staff are very nice here also. It seems like a safe place to stay. They have cameras and the police patrol through but they do not bother anyone. It's a smoke free hotel but they have a gazebo area for smokers. There are lots of restaurants in the area and shopping. Close to Bristol speedway and lake watauga is not far if you like outdoor activities. This is a budget friendly hotel. Mostly workers and families traveling through. It's not the Ritz but it's clean and affordable.

BED BUGS!

I had bed bugs in my bed when I woke up. I told the front desk about it and showed them a video of them before I left. They didn’t reach out so I called guest relations after I woke up 24 hours later covered in bites from the night I stayed there. I had to seek medical attention. I sent them all the proof, pictures and the video of the bugs. They only offered me 35% of my money back. I will NEVER stay in a red roof inn again.
