worse hotel ever ever. room was smelly and requested to change a room. slightly better but pillows are never changed. smelly. they changed it. the key cards are always faulty and I was lock twice outside the hotel. and guess what the receptionist is never there. oo the electricity tripped. and when u ask the housekeeping to help follow up. he ask u to wait so he can finish his YouTube. it was only a few other occupiers came and complaint he went and fix it.
I will never trust Expedia in their reviews anymore. it was posted highvrating there. o by the way they have a 8.2 by agoda ..gosh agoda reviews are fake too.
I be staying here for 12 nights and is now night 8...4 more nights to go. gosh.
Had bad experiences staying at Hako Xpress. For example: self service did not match my confirmation number provided by Hotels.com. Need to call customer service to find out their confirmation number. The air full of cooking smell at the corridor. The bedding had strong oil smell seems used one. Water supply was unstable, need to waited for long time to get the water supply in bath room and it stops from time to time. The water was hot and cold when showering. They did not provide enough WIFI bandwidth. I was not able to use their WIFI till mid-night or early in the morning. Customer services was not supportive to help on all the problem listed.
Biscuits and beverage at lobby area are convenient.
Room experience though, Shower unit lower pressure, difficult to control temperature at my room.
Abit confusing to first find the room. There's an obvious staircase to the left, but those are for rooms 6 onwards. Rooms 1-5 are same level as lobby
The hotel provides beverage and biscuits at lobby which is a welcoming sight for travellers. The aircon in our family unit is rather weak so making our stay here as average. It can be improved.
