check in the moment to request for cutting down one night for one room as i booked four rooms but to no avail due to third party booking. Breakfast was average, feel that the hotel is quite a distance if need to walk to city square. only have 2 slot of free transfer there which is 11am n 5pm only

The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again.

Given a suite with 2 bedrooms on top floor. Rooms were spacious and clean but there were knocking and water noises from the roof top at night and the TV network reception was also bad.
