The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, this property offers parking for work vehicles and equipment! It has one main driveway and an additional gravel driveway for parking those extra work equipment.
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning you, your guest, or your animals cause during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. There are absolutely no parties allowed. If you have guest over 6 people you could be liable to pay an extra $500 clean fee. Please clean up after your pet. If a party is seen or notified, authorities will be called and you will be asked to be removed off the property with no refund of stay.
