The staff was nice enough but the hotel was not what was represented on the website!!! We pulled into parking lot and knew it was not good!! It seems that it is residential in nature. There was construction, people leaving walking their dogs and the overall the place was very rundown looking!! It was too late to cancel the reservation and the staff allowed us to look at one place in the rooms they evidently use to keep cleaner than the others that was located near the office! We inspected it and it was clean enough that we stayed. The beds were comfortable enough and we had cable tv but the chair that was there was worn out!! The water for the shower had excellent pressure and was hot! Best part of the stay! It was centrally located! The price was cheap but that is about it!!! Really not going to recommend for most people!!!!!

My daughter checked in and had to move rooms 3 time due to roaches and blood smears and just generally disgusting Rooms . Unfortunately because she's only 19 we couldn't check her in to a better hotel ,shes a military child and a full time collage student who is responsible. I want a full refund

Pipes under sink leaked. Beds were not the size advertised. Room was extremely small. And they charge for extra room key when there were 3 people staying in the room. Ice machine did not work.

The staff (what was there) were polite and professional). It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. However, it wa filthy! I had to wipe down all surfaces... even the toilet. There was trash in the drawers. There was no ice. I kept my street shoes on.

Please mop the floor! The room was clean otherwise. Chipped fixtures (sink, shower) show their wear but were perfectly useable. It was 28 degrees when we checked in and the upstairs outdoor corridors were covered in ice and incredibly slippery. We appreciated that the room heater worked well! The location is fairly convenient with plenty of nearby food options.

The first room they put me in the heat did not work, the thermostat wouldn't even come on. The 2nd room the door has a draft around it and the heat wouldn't get very warm and the bathroom door would close even half way.
