The room was full of stink bugs that we had to keep flushing for about an hour. Than the tv wasn’t working right but finally figured it out. Then the hair dryer didn’t work right and got real hot with no air and almost caught on fire. The staff was wonderful though and let us in another room to use the blow dryer. Staff was super nice.

The mattress covers were dirty. They had urine stains on them. The Bedding may or may not have been changed. The room smelled like mold. There was black mold in the light switches. The plug was touchy. You accidently bumped it and the light that was plugged into it would go out.

In fairness, they are in the process of renovating, which is desparately needed. Our room unfortunately had not been renovated and it was in poor condition. The lobby and breakfast area however were in great condition.

Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. Room and hallways were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great sheets and pillows. Slept like a baby. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

It is an older motel, so there was some wear and tear on the sofa. Other than that, the room was clean, very comfortable bed. They had a great selection for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very dirty and cosmetic repairs needed.

The hotel was very dirty. Empty bottles from previous stay, used toothpicks on bathroom sink, excessive dust on lamps and furniture. The ceiling looked like it had a previous water leak and was not repaired properly. Found dead bug in bathroom. If it wasn't so late when we checked in, would of definitely found somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend.

The property is going through a pool update which I’m sure will look great, they did a great job decorating the lobby and outside for Halloween. Very friendly and clean, the only thing that needs attention is the bathroom in our room, it was clean but needs an update, you can only repair and rehang wallpaper so much before it needs replacement. Would I stay here again, absolutely for the price it’s well worth it.

Debbie was very helpful when checking us in. She moved us to a room on the back side of the hotel, away from I77, so that the highway noise was not too bad. There were stains on the couch and in the carpet, but the room appeared to be clean. They are currently renovating this hotel.

The staff were awesome. Everyone we spoke with were very pleasant and helpful, even when they had six other things they were juggling. The room we had (even numbered) on the highway-side of the building was noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, it is what it is. Next time when the hotel construction is done, we will try a room on the other side (odd numbered). The room was really nice! The only complaint (minor) was the tub faucet leaked. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and everything else was all good!
