The room we were given had not water in the tub. I did not work. when we tried to call the front desk our phone did not work so had to walk to the office to let them know what was taking place. The person at the office was very nice and helpful. We ended up being given a different room but to be honest this was definitely not worth the money we spend. I thought better of Best Western which is why we chose it.

Not exactly what I expected.

This hotel was not what I was expecting. The pool outside had leaves in it and looked like the water was green. The room was much smaller than the other Best Western that I stayed at and all the doors were outside. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cleaning of room not accomplished, a hand written sign was seen the 2nd day there that I did not see or note when checking in that stated that cleaning was only done if notified by 9:00 a.m. Unusual to see this type sign in hotel.

Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean but somewhat old and basic, breakfast area was so small and with very reduced offer. At breakfast time the demand was very high that we did not find a place. We had to eat elsewhere.
