There is no one to check you in. You need to call otext. I called, no response. I texted and got the info 20 minutes from arriving. Once inside we settled in. No hangers in closet. The bed was terribly noisy just sitting on it. Try to sleep with the noise, you can’t. Once in bed I heard our door being opened. A girl tried to enter because she was given the same info as I was. She called and the lady answered who gave her a different room. I tried calling her to let her know we felt uncomfortable with someone having the code to enter at anytime. I also texted her. She never responded. We didn’t get much sleep at all. This is unacceptable. Accidents happen but you need to correct them not ignore them because you have already been paid. I have never had this experience before and hopefully won’t.

Very small room. If my wife had been there she would've been upset that there was no chair. Only a bed. For me it was fine. I was only there a night and the price was right. Its a nice place to sleep.

I was not at the facility during the day too much, so I am not really sure about the surrounding property. It could use a little more night-time lighting outside. The garbage bins in the back were completely over flowing, so that was a little stinky. The bathroom was super small. This was comfortable for one person, but may be a little crowded for two. The check in was very easy and the property manager was responsive when needed.

Had a long wait to get someone to respond to allow me access to my room. no one present when i showed up. Right on highway 43 and traffic noise all night long. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

After hours check in was a little different. If you arrive after 4pm you text the phone number in your reservation and they give you your room assignment and code to get into your room. Pretty prompt in response time. Code did not work, so text back and new code was given with a few minutes. Love the concept and would choose a bigger room if I were staying longer. But the amenities were sufficient for a quick stay going through town. 4 little buildings with rooms, some private. We opted for a double bed size room that had rooms on either side. Kind of off the beaten path so you aren’t in the middle of interstate chaos. Very nicely decorated. Only complete I would have would be the squeaky bed. Every time you would move it would squeak.
