Stayed for five days in December. Loved the property- clean, spacious and perfect for a family with little ones. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook, if you are so inclined. The lanai was beautiful and the kids spent a lot of time out there. The host and property management were very thoughtful and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Great condo!

My group had a wonderful stay at this Kaanapali condo. It had everything we needed from king size beds to washer and dryer. They even had some chairs and snorkels to borrow for a beach day! Location is about a 15 min walk to Whalers village. We would stay again!

great accommodations!

immaculate accommodations with most everything there to properly cook, entertain and slumber. The host replied to all our queries within minutes. The only drawback we found was some early mornings lawn/yard care could be heard from the golf course area. this noise made the lanai less appealing to hang out on then.

Great for families, close to Whalers

Loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the place. I also LOVED and appreciated it was well stocked in staples like dish and laundry soap, spices, etc, everything you need to be comfortable for a week or two! Location was great, but I wish there was a walking path shortcut through the golf course :-/ Communication with host was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

My Husband and I had the amazing opportunity to bring our niece and her friend on their Senior trip. Great location, absolutely everything you could need or didn't know you needed was in the condo. Great communication with Nikki and Rick the owners. The pool was very nice! Can't wait to come back.

Lovely Condo

We loved our stay here. It was clean, close to everything, and we loved being on the golf course. The parking fee was a bit steep so make sure you factor that cost in. The beds were very comfortable and the lanai was delightful! Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful condo choice!

We went to Maui for a wedding and this condo suited our needs well. Lots of space, very clean, gorgeous view, close to beach and shopping. Stocked with beach supplies and extras. It was so nice.

Kaanapali March 2023

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. You couldn't ask for a more set up place to stay. From the new outdoor grills to the condo kitchen that has everything you need to cook a beautiful meal to be eaten on the lanai overlooking the golf course and watching the sun set. We spend every morning watching the first golfers make their rounds while enjoying coffee and breakfast out doors. This condo was within walking distance to the beach - though it wasn't easy to walk to carrying a lot of things. Shops and restaurants were also within walking distance. The owners have thought of everything - beach chairs, beach umbrella, washer, dryer (with all supplies), a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms with towels and supplies as well as beach towels. Working with the owners was great as well as their no hassle check in. If I was to complain about one thing it would be the parking situation. All the spots are small for large SUV's and the people that keep a car on the island should probably have another area that they park in when they aren't there. There are many cars covered when not in use and that takes up a lot of extra space. All in all it was a great vacation and if I was to go back to Maui I would definitely stay there!

Amazing home!!

Absolutely fantastic place! Great location, and by far the best stocked vrbo We’ve ever stayed at! So many appliances and supplies, all tucked away nicely. There were usb chargers all over the living room and bedrooms. Whoever set this up really wanted to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for anyone staying there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! It was fantastic!!!

Wonderful, quiet place, large enough for family of 5

We came to escape the cold, and couldn’t have been more pleased. The place was just like presented in the pictures, and the hosts were incredible. Great communication, and they had a book with all the information you could think of needing. The lanai was very spacious, and a great area for the family to sit out, enjoy the weather, and watch the golfers. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. Definitely would stay again. The only downside (if there is one) would be the beach was a little too far to walk with chairs and beach toys, and kids in tow. Ended up having to drive and pay for parking.

Great location and setup!! This is the one!

This place is very well equipped and provided many of the basic essentials for our stay. This is one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in. We had a large group so, had two condos both in Kaanapali Royal. This one was occupied by two of our adult children's families and another condo was used by us and another of our adult children's family. This one was a great fit for our needs. It was very well stocked with the essential kitchen and household items everyone needs. Things like salt & pepper, tin foil, food storage containers, plenty of dish washer tablets, toilet tissue, paper towel, etc... The place was very clean and well furnished. We loved this home. We are very careful and always try to leave the place at least as good if not better than we found it. I would not hesitate to rent this one for ourselves in the future. The owners were quick to return our communications and were easy to deal with. Only a couple of very minor points of concern as a heads up, but really did not affect our stay. We had young children with us (ages 4, 5, 6 & 9). Two (5 & 6)stayed in this condo. They can get rambunctious. There were a few items we moved to protect from possible breakage, just in case. Biggest concern was the living room coffee table with balanced glass top. Another item that was totally out of owners control, was that the pool was extremely cold, especially when you consider how warm the air temps were. Even the ocean was warmer than the pool. All in all this is a fantastic home and a great place to stay. We have stayed at many short term rental locations. This is definitely one of the best places we have rented and the owners were very gracious and caring.

Great location

This was a roomy 2 bedroom with more than enough room for us and our 2 adult children. The sofas in the living room can both flatten to a couple decent places to sleep. The automatic shade was great for late day sun. View of golf course and walking distance to whalers village. We would visit again
