The Sands of Kahana a les plus grandes 3 chambres en copropriété (1 850 pieds carrés) sur l'île et nous sommes l'une des rares unités 3 chambres au Sands of Kahana qui dispose de la climatisation dans leur unité. Nos prix sont bas parce que vous réservez directement avec nous et économisez. D'autres propriétés de cette taille louent pour près de 500 $ la nuit.

Imaginez des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan et le ciel vives de l'arc de tout point de vue dans ce magnifique trois chambres à coucher, deux condominium de bain dans Kahana Maui. Avec plus de 1850 pieds carrés, cette unité lumineuse, aérée, et pittoresque dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger et cuisine avec tous les principaux appareils et stockage suffisant. Nous sommes au 5ème étage et il y a un ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Vous pouvez également prendre les escaliers si vous le souhaitez.

Le Master Bedroom Suite est à droite sur l'océan comprend:
- Lit king size
- Deux puits bain vanité
- Grand placard de plain-pied
- Douche et baignoire encastrée avec vue sur l'océan
- Véranda avec magnifique vue sur l'océan
- Vous entendrez les vagues dans la nuit de votre lit

2ème deuxième chambre est si grand qu'il a:
- Lit king size
- Lit queen size
- Véranda avec vue sur la montagne, sur le jardin et l'océan.

La deuxième salle de bains dispose d'un espace meuble-lavabo séparé et un espace de douche spacieuse.

La troisième chambre a deux lits simples et vue sur la montagne arc en ciel et le jardin. La climatisation centrale et de blanchisserie au sein de l'unité ajoute encore plus de confort et de commodité. Installé au Sands of Kahana, tous les clients ont accès à la plage Kahana, et une gamme d'équipements dans le complexe dont deux piscines avant de l'océan, jacuzzi chaude de la baignoire, complète le restaurant de la piscine, un bar complet, une aire d'entraînement, volley-ball, courts de tennis, mettre des programmes de divertissement d'hôtes vert et quotidiennes.

Maui Dream come true!

Our family of 7, including our young adult & teen kids, spent 4 amazing nights in this beautiful condo on the beach. Communication with the owner was perfect. The home was clean & had everything needed for cooking, including many spices & ice maker. Towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers in the condo for use. The bathroom set up has the sinks outside the toilet & shower rooms so they can be used even when the shower rooms were occupied. Washer & dryer in the unit worked great. PLENTY of space for a large group to spread out in or outside on the 2 lanais.The lanai off the living room has a large outside table & seating for up to 10 people; we ate our meals there. The view from the living room and lanai is AMAZING! The beach w/mild waves is just below the lanai & perfect for swimming. The A/C worked great, but we mostly just had window & lanai screens open with ceiling fans for a perfect breeze w/o A/C. There’s a small general store within a 5-7 minute walk. There are grocery stores & anything you’d need within a 10 minute drive. It’s close to Kaanapali beach& hotel areas, but “our” beach was a little more secluded & not overpopulated, which was nice. The resort is safe& quiet. The stars at night were beautiful & relaxing. We’d been planning of our family’s 50th state visit to Hawaii for years. Maui was all we dreamed it would be & this condo was truly “icing on the cake” to be our vacation home. We hope we can return to this home again someday! Thank you!!!

Great View

Nice clean roomy 5th floor condo with a great view of the ocean and island across the way! Host provides great communication and responds quickly. Provides an assortment of beach and water needs. Large balcony to watch the sun set every night. Right on the beach with great snorkeling. Saw multiple turtles every day! Nice quiet area with shops nearby.

Amazing Time!!!

Our family (11 of us) had a wonderful stay here! The view was amazing! Everything was so easy. I planned all the activities months in advance with the help of the concierge desk! There was a welcome meeting we attended that we learned of a few other activities, including a hike to the near by Blow Hole, which was very scenic and fun! There were grills so we could cook a few meals at home and several stores within a few miles. There were also close by coffee shops that my older kids walked to a few mornings. It was all very safe, I felt comfortable with my kids walking to and from the pool and beach alone. My only suggestion would be to bring extra beach towels. We had plenty of towels provided, but we also went swimming in the beach, the pool, sat in the hot tub at night and then took daily showers. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer to help keep up with our towel usage! Would definitely stay there again!!!

Great view, clean and spacious!

Our stay was perfect. The place had everything we needed to accommodate a senior citizen and a family with kids and teens. There was so much space inside with easy access to the beach, pool, spa, and restaurant. Parking was free. Towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils.... everything we needed was provided. We have no complaints and would stay again.

#356 Wow!

The property was beautiful and well kept. Our 5th floor condo, #356, overlooked the ocean with views of other islands. This beautiful condo was just what we needed for 4 adults, with lots of room, comfort, and well furnished. Captain Jacks restaurant, on-location, was excellent and was less costly than other local spots. We would choose this condo again in a heart beat!

50th Birthday celebration

The condo is beautiful! Kitchen is huge and stocked with all that is needed utensil and appliance wise. Very spacious facility and the view is incredible! So close to the beach and pool. Air conditioning which is a plus as not all the units at sands of Kahana have air. Rob was amazing to work with and his communication was great!! Mahalo from the bottom of my heart!!!

Fabulous Family Vacation

The condo was air conditioned, in a perfect location 5th floor looking down on the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes&pots&pans The grills on the grounds were good. The restaurant was nice. Pool a good size. Water on the beach was calm for swimming chairs for relaxing we would definitely rent this condo again! 5 nights was not enough!

It met all our needs. Very spacious with enough sleeping spots for all ten of us. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking items. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Our only complaint was the floors didn’t seem as clean as they could be.

This was our 2nd time staying at Mr. Bayer’s beautiful condo. He is absolutely the best host. He is in constant contact to make sure you have the most wonderful experience. The condo just as beautiful as described. We will definitely be staying there again.

What a View!

We had an amazing time here. The condo met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredible to wake up and go straight to the lanai to watch the whales jumping. The room felt spacious, clean and quiet. There were plenty of amenities nearby and the staff were all friendly.

Perfect family vacation

This property is located in the Kahana area of Maui. Super convenient for stores, restaurants and beach activities. We watched rainbows and whales almost every morning while having coffee on the lanai. Also had a sea turtle come ashore, right at the property. Convenient bar/restaurant right on property.

Awesome stay

This unit has a great location and view! It is well equipped with just about everything you need. The five of us were quite comfortable and it could handle several more very well. We have a timeshare at Sands of Kahana and the rest of our family stayed there which was convenient, and we obviously love the complex. This review must include how saddened we all are for the people and town of Lahaina. We are grateful for the time there just before it happened, but send heartfelt thoughts and prayers to those in Maui. I do believe those going to the island now will help support all the surrounding area businesses and people however. So, again, we do highly recommend choosing this unit!

June Maui Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Maui! The accommodations were great - perfect for our large group of 7 adults. Plenty of space, gorgeous views, kitchen was well-stocked so we could do our own cooking, the entire unit was super comfortable for our needs. Everyone we worked with - from the owner to the property management company to the onsite staff - were very communicative and fabulous. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Get-Away

This property was perfect for my husband and me, our grown children and a 21 month old grandbaby! The kitchen was so well appointed - spices, Tupperware, pans, utensils, pitchers...there wasn't one item I thought I needed. The restaurant s great for lunch or casual dinner. Probably the best $8 Mai Tai I've ever had. The beach is just steps from the unit. Swimming with the turtles was fabulous! We slept with the windows wide open to the sound of the breaking waves - no need for air conditioning. The unit is quite large - perfect for a toddle...very safe. Lots of board games, pool toys and pool towels. The owner was very good at staying in touch to make sure check in went well (it did). We'll be back!

Multi-generation bonding In paradise

I had the pleasure of traveling with my 80 something mom and step-dad, my daughter, son-in-law and sister to Maui. The condo was everything we dreamed about. The view was worth a million dollars, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was attentive. What a special place! We’ll be back.
