Unfortunately we stayed during the kona low Maui storm. The condo flooded through the 2 sliding glass doors. We spent 3 days mitigating the flooding 24/7 through the night and all day. A maintenance worker came by and said there was nothing that could be done. Rain was pouring in from the defective doors. We were able to save this condo from thousands of dollars of damage by helping manage the flooding. Working with the management company has been very disappointing. We received very little refund. Attempts to speak with the manager have failed. After a month, I am still waiting for Amelia to return my call, being told every time I call she is busy and will call back asap. I will never stay with this company again. Be aware of this vacation company with terrible customer service. The pictures of the condo are much nicer than the current state of the condo. Peeling walls, dirty shower, dirty food splattered walls. These are all things we could have overlooked if My Perfect Stays could have communicated better with us.I have waited a month to write this review, hoping that this could be resolved, and My Perfect Stays has refused to communicate. Very disappointing.
