Aloha and welcome to our spacious and beautiful North Shore Turtle Bay Resort 1 Bedroom condo that includes an additional loft room + 1 bathroom. This gated condo is a short walk to the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay and all of its amenities, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, and a beautiful white sandy beach. Swimming pool and tennis courts on site! Welcome home to paradise!

This spacious condo has been thoughtfully renovated to provide an elevated experience for our guests, with brand new split ac units in the living room and in the loft bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a window ac unit.

• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Loft: 2 Queen beds (the loft bedroom is open and overlooks the living area below)
• Bathroom: Located on the first floor and includes a brand new bath tub with new tiling surrounding it
• Living Room: Large, comfortable Restoration Hardware cloud couch sofa with a Queen air mattress available for additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen has been remodeled and is ideal for preparing meals with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The open-concept living and dining area extends to the lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in beautiful views of the Fazio golf course. Lei Lei's bar and grill can be seen from the Lanai!

This condo is located in the most ideal location at Kuilima Estates, the “Gold Coast”, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and walk to fine dining at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was accurately reflected in the listing. The location was great for North Shore activities. The grounds were beautiful and my family felt very safe. The kitchen had minimal cookware. So if you’re used to a big selection, this wouldn’t be what you’re looking for. Was fine to make my kids a basic breakfast and lunch.

Perfect North Shore Family Accommodation

Our family of 6 had an excellent stay. Location was ideal for all of the destinations we visited. Kitchen and washer/dryer made for very family friendly home-base. Beach gear was an added bonus. Owner was extremely prompt in addressing an unexpected issue with a brand new water heater. Couldn't have been friendlier.

North Shore - Oahu

Great location on the north shore, walking distance to the beach and access to amenities - pickle ball, beach chairs, umbrella. Perfect layout for a small group with the loft.Easy to enter/exit property. Not as many sit down restaurants but plenty of food trucks nearby. Overall great time and would stay again if in the north shore.
