Les condos sont entourĂ©s de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and we enjoyed the well supplied kitchen - every dish and gadget we needed was available. Loved having food storage bowls with lids!. The resort grounds were great - my mom and I walked the property every morning. The resort staff were very helpful in helping us find a place to vacuum the rental car too - so much sand!

Great Location, But Condo Disappointed

The location of the condo was fantastic—close to everything we wanted, and the area itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, the condition of the condo itself really let us down.Upon arrival, we noticed it was not clean: there was mildew on the shower curtain, thick dust on the fan blades that fell when turned on, and even bugs inside the table centerpiece. It felt neglected and unmaintained.The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work properly—it wasn’t blowing cold air and showed a “clean filter” warning light. We called the after-hours number and were told someone would come the next day. After not hearing anything, I followed up via phone, email, and the VRBO app. I also reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that the front door lock took several minutes of pressing the button before it would finally engage.We eventually received a response the day after that, saying someone had come by but that the A/C unit needed to be replaced, so there was nothing they could do. They also mentioned sending someone for the WiFi and lock. While the door eventually started working (possibly fixed), the WiFi was never resolved—which was a major issue for me, as I was working remotely and had to find alternative solutions.Beyond the maintenance issues, the condo just felt run down: cracks in the walls, broken table leg bases, and chipped or cracked glasses in the cabinets. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of upkeep and cleanliness.

Perfect landing spot in the North Shore

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

Turtle Bay Condo

We had a great time staying in our Turtle Bay condo. Everything was as stated and the location was great, very central to all things on the North Shore. I originally didn't receive the info for the code to get into the condo and I called and they immediately sent it. The beach at the property is lovely and we were able to see a turtle while snorkeling, as well as several eels and many types of fish. You may want to bring your own snorkel gear or buy it on the island somewhere because renting it at the beach was $50. We ate at both the pool restaurant at the Ritz and Roy's on the beach and enjoyed both. We often drove to the beach and parked instead of walking and we never had trouble finding a spot. We were also able to shop close by and eat at many local spots, some just a few miles away, and everything was delicious!

Great family spot

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

Nice location

Worked well for our family. Was a bit underwhelmed with only one dishwasher pod and one spare toilet paper roll, no shampoo or cream rinse. Made it feel 'cheaper' than it was.

The property was perfect for our group of 6. If I can make only one critique, they need to provide more trash bags and laundry supplies. We had to reuse some of our shopping bags to make trash bags. Very clean, and it was a great trip

Happiness at the golf course

We loved the location on the golf course and we were able to walk to the resort/beaches (about 10 minute walk). Also, there is a really good restaurant about a 5 minute walk. The location was quiet, and the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. You can tell there have been upgrades done to the unit and it was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The king bed in the master was wonderful. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

North Shore stay

Quick replies with questions to The Estates at Turtle Bay. Spacious and really enjoyed back lanai on first floor. Kitchen stocked. Pool and charcoal BBQ were a nice amenity. Able to walk to Turtle Bay beaches but surf was up when we were there. Will definitely return!

Great Place for a family

The property was perfect for what we needed a place to lay our head after a busy day exploring the island and to eat breakfast every morning before we head out for the day. All the utilities worked great, the beds we comfy, the space was a good size for all of us. It is dated and has the normal wear and tear, but overall, it was clean, and everything functioned properly. My only real issue was that the main trash and recycling for the entire complex was always full, making it hard to throw out the trash and recycling from our condo. The manager of the unit was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had, I really appreciated that. I will defiantly consider renting a unit from them again if I return to the island.

Fridge shelves are broken, ac needs to be replaced, disposal side of the sink did not drain, pictures listing the property are very misleading. Neighbors door needs new hinges.

Great location and comfortable condo.

While the condo itself and furnishings were a bit older, it's in a great location where you can get to the Polynesian Cultural center, Waimea Bay, Hale'iwa, and Dole Plantation in short drives. Also the swimming/snorkling at Three Tables just down the street was amazing. 5 minutes away was Ted's Bakery and Shark Cove. And Seven Brothers Burgers. All amazing. The unit itself was well laid out for out group where the adults took the 2 bedrooms (parents and grandparents) and the kids had the loft. There was snorkeling gear, the king bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple dinners and lunches for when we decided to eat "at home". our only small issue was that the AC was a little sluggish, but it was 90 degrees when we were there, which was hot! Comfortable rooms, great location. Easy retail process. Would definitely recommend.
