No prior notification that the laundry was out of action, which was disappointing as was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Also the kitchenette consists of fridge, kettle, microwave which limits options for eating in but still possible. Cot bed was provided on request at reception, with self-assembly and a request for self-disassembly at the end of the stay. Overall it did the job.

Room needed some maintenance in bathroom. May have been a leak? Road was quite noisy in morning and we couldnt close bathroom window as too high to limit noise. Probably would have been quieter if we could have. Mixed review for staff as had two bookings. Fine and friendly 2nd time. Week prior booking cancelled with no contact via app or phone. Pay at property but payment put through prior. I was not aware this would happen, but contact before cancelling would have been great - especially as we advised our arrival time 2 days prior.

This property was for just the one night stopover and was better than expected for the price. I will be staying again. Host put heating on before our arrival. Very comfy bed and heating tiles. Very nice.

The only disappointing aspect of this booking was Expedia. We booked the room at the tariff quoted on Expedias site only to learn later when checking our bank statement they charged $12.00 more than the advertised price. Not Good
