Everything you could need and more

Stayed four nights at this condo situated in a beautiful, oceanfront complex on Ali’i Drive away from the bustle of Kailua Kona but close to everything. Condo was very clean and fans were turned on and there was water chilling in the fridge and ice in the freezer and a little welcome basket of treats and K cups. The condo was so well equipped, even down to bedside charging cords. Communication was speedy and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Condo!!

The condo is really quite beautiful. The decor is lovely - super beachy with lots of shells and beautiful shades of blue. The condo is well appointed with, what appeared to be, a fully stocked kitchen (we did not cook but made use of the Keurig coffee maker - pods provided!) The beds were quite comfortable! We did not make use of the pool or courts but they looked nice and super close to the condo. The location was great in terms of getting into Kona - just a short drive - but the Island is so sprawling that most attractions are a far ride (but would be from almost anywhere!). Overall, it was a great stay and I would return. The two things I would say that weren't great was that the AC had a lock on it so that it could not go below 78 in the main room and 76 in all the bedrooms. Most of the time that seemed fine but one night I felt warm when sleeping and one evening when we hung out playing cards, it felt warm in the main room (even with all the fans going). The we didn't sit outside at all because the AC unit or whatever it is out on the patio puts off so much heat that it was unbearable to be out there. I suppose maybe if you turn off the AC it would be better???

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holly’s vacation rental! The experience was excellent from the time we booked the vacation rental to the point we checked in and checked out. We were very impressed with the accommodations which had more than enough room for a family of 5. Also the rental came fully stocked with everything you needed for the perfect stay, including a fully functional kitchen, lots of extra towels, laundry detergent and several supplies for the beach. We also loved relaxing on the lanai with a view of the golf course and ocean in the distance. We would recommend this vacation rental to a friend. Thank you Holly for making our stay so great!

Absolutely fantastic!

We stayed here for 5 weeks over Christmas and into January. Our 3 teenage kids were with us for 2 weeks and friends (an adult couple) joined us the last 2 weeks. The condo was absolutely perfect in both scenarios. The 3rd bedroom upstairs gave us plenty of room to spread out and doubled as an office when the kids left. We have stayed in countless rentals around the world and can honestly say we have never found one this well equipped. It literally has everything you could ever want - every appliance you could want including an air fryer and a George Forman grill on the lanai, tons of beach gear, pickle ball and tennis racquets - the list goes on and on. Holly was also the perfect hostess. I highly highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic property

We rented this property for 1 week in February 2023 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in the Kona area. Great location and the property was clean and everything worked perfectly for us during our stay. We did not use the air conditioning as the property has excellent airflow just with the windows open. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and the pictures and description of the property are very accurate. Just a wonderful property!!

Good vibes

Hawaii & Hollys rental was full of good vibes! Holly was responsive and available when needed, and also left us alone during our vacation. Which included three adults, one teen, and two small children. The condo was comfortable and in a great location to explore the Big Island. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful stay right next to the beach!

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice! Beautiful, comfortable space with all of the amenities we could need. The best part of the condo is the location. Its a 5 minute walk to a beach! We walked to the next door beach everyday and it felt like our own private beach. Easy place to take a dip, relax under beautiful trees and look for turtles in the tide pools. Our daughter absolutely loved it. Better yet, next to that beach is one of our favorite snorkel beaches in Kona ( also within walking distance- about 10 minutes). Next to that beach are other activities like surfing and paddle boarding. It was great that we didn’t need to worry about parking anywhere. We had everything we needed right there for a perfect relaxing beach vacation! Also it’s a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. 5 star review, the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We will 100% be back!

Home away from home

This truly was one of the best vacation rentals my family and I have stayed in. The unit was spacious, immaculately clean and super cozy. The location is very central to all things happening on the West side of the island and a quick drive into downtown Kona. Beach chairs and beach towels provided are an added bonus. I would recommend this to everyone!

Loved this condo

This is our favorite condo ever. The decor is beautiful and the floorplan is great for families. The large lanai is very relaxing. The kitchen is dreamy! Convenient location, too, with a nice shopping center just up the road and easy highway acres.
