As you enter, be greeted by the airy, open-concept living space that flows seamlessly onto your long, private, ocean-front lanai. Start your mornings with a cup of Kona coffee while soaking in the panoramic ocean views, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset paint the sky in vibrant hues. Turtles, fish, dolphins, whales and the occasional rare Hawaiian Monk Seal can be viewed from the comfort of the lanai. Or cheer on your favorite surfers and canoe racers on famous Banyans Beach located directly below us. There are many tide pools to explore below the unit or bring your rod and fish steps from your front door!

The master suite is a sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, with another king bed, is perfect for guests or family members. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled. The living area also features a couch with a double size and a love seat with a single size sleeper both with memory foam mattress accommodating up to two additional guests.

Our kitchen is beautifully supplied, featuring both Keurig and standard brewers, along with every other small appliance and cooking tool you could require. When you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes away from top-notch dining, shopping, and exciting Hawaiian activities. Known as the "gold coast" of Kona, the reefs right in front of our condo are filled with a variety of sea life! You can spot turtles and "yellow tang" right from the living room or lanai. Snorkelers and divers can see the colorful parrot fish, humuhumunukunukapua'a (Hawaii's famous state triggerfish), the graceful surgeonfish, butterflyfish and angelfish as they glide through the vibrant coral reefs. Keep an eye out for moray eels lurking in crevices and playful octopuses. If you're lucky you might even see a shy reef shark cruising in the distance or witness the majestic humpback whales during their winter migration. They underwater world right in front of the condo is truly a paradise for ocean lovers!
