Unsere Einheit ist gerĂ€umig mit hohen Decken, herrlichem Sonnenlicht und herrlichem Meerblick. Diese erhöhte Einheit im dritten Stock bietet eine wundervolle Veranda mit Blick auf gepflegte GolfplĂ€tze, tropische Blumen, natĂŒrliche Lavabildungen und ĂŒppige Palmen vor einer wunderschönen ozeanblauen Kulisse.

Die Wohnung ist FĂŒnf-Sterne-Resort-QualitĂ€t nach einer kompletten Renovierung Ende 2015. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 BĂ€der. KĂŒchen- und Badmöbel sind aus Cappuccino-Ahorn mit eleganten GranitarbeitsflĂ€chen. Neue Fliesenböden vervollstĂ€ndigen die RĂ€ume im Erdgeschoss, die Veranda und die Wohnbereiche. Der Dachboden hat den hochwertigsten Vinylboden. Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf der Veranda, Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern (vor kurzem im Loft-Schlafzimmer hinzugefĂŒgt), Deckenventilatoren in allen Zimmern, eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Highspeed-Internet mit WiFi-Zugang, Kabel-TV, DVD-Player und Unterhaltungszentrum mit zusĂ€tzlichem Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer. GĂ€ste sollten auch StrandtĂŒcher fĂŒr einen Tag am Strand finden.

Das Appartment ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben renoviert und wunderschön. Der Check In und das Wifi waren problemlos. Der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung inklusive der Sportartikel bietet alles was man braucht. Die WĂ€nde und Fenster in der Wohnung sind relativ dĂŒnn und somit ist es teilweise etwas laut innerhalb der Wohnung. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment und auf der Insel. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

This property was incredible. It is well maintained, beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. It is located in a beautiful, discreet location that overlooks a beautiful golf course. We were able to take short, uphill walks to great restaurants with great views of the ocean and outstanding sunsets and downhill strolls to a small harbor and beach. We had a fantastic, relaxing time and our host was awesome to work with and very supportive in our adventures. We would do this again in a microsecond at this location and with this host! We had so much fun. Thank You!!

The pictures don’t lie, this unit is gorgeous. Furthermore, it is one of the best equipped rentals I’ve ever patronized, From kitchen to toiletries to beach equipment, we wanted for little and what we bought, we gladly donated as we left as the home had more of a community-use vibe than the usual managed-minimalist vibe. Like others, we also found ourselves the frequent lone users of the nearest pool and community grills. We also found that we were as entertained watching the wildlife associated with the small gulch along the golf course out back as the golfers themselves. So many beautiful birds - bring binoculars! I shopped a long time before I landed on this place for our vacation for 6 adults. It was an amazing deal from a top notch renter.

This was the perfect place to stay for a week-long vacation on the big island! We loved the pool and used it daily (and we were often the only ones swimming in it!), we could drive to the beach easily, and the home was well-appointed with anything you’d need. The rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony’s sunsets were extraordinary, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! It was a great home for a multi-generational family vacation and we would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect rental for me and my four family members! The common living room, kitchen and barstools, and lanai provided plenty of space to chill together, and the three bedrooms and bathrooms allowed my husband and I, my teenage son, and my parents to sleep comfortably. We really enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the lanai. We also appreciated all of the amenities, especially the washer/dryer, dish washer, beach towels, cooler bags, ice trays/packs, and bath liquid soap.As for the location, the condo is a perfect home base to travel around the whole island. A designated parking spot is an easy 1 min walk. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a gas station within a 2 min drive.Pro tip: if you want to make coffee, there is a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, so make sure to buy ground coffee and not K-cups.The owner was very friendly, communicative, and responsive, providing lots of information before our arrival that we used for planning.Bottom line, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again. Book now!

Everything we needed and more. There was a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, coolers to use towels to use and a wonderful lanai that we spent a lot of time on in the morning. The condo is very convenient to everything. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous views of the ocean and of the golf course! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it perfect for our group! AC in all 3 bedrooms was fantastic for those hot nights. Several ceiling fans. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving platter, large bowls, knife set, silverware, cutting board, etc. Huge fridge and freezer with many ice cube trays. Pleasantly surprised with the sink water
tasted delicious to me so didn’t need to purchase drinking water, which was pretty expensive on the island. Plenty of dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry tabs, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. provided. Several spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. Seems visitors leave their leftovers for the next guests. Worked out great for us to not have to purchase the staples. Shopping center nearby with a grocery store, many restaurants, stores and a pharmacy. Pretty easy walk. About a mile away was the catamaran we used for our excursions to go snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays. Our son used Uber/Lyft to meet up with friends a few times. Cost about 20 with tip each time. Great location. Easy drive to tons of beaches. Appreciated the 4 beach chairs (plus a lawn chair), snorkels/fins, variety of sizes of soft-sided coolers, 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella, and other toys found in the closet. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Used the grill by the pool. Beautifully landscaped property. Great communication with the owner. I’d book this condo again!

Great place to stay

Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park).

This has been one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was convenient. The place was well furnished and all the things available made it feel like we were home, they made our trip so much better. We had access to beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs and boards. This kinda was more than we expected. The location close to shopping centers in peaches was perfect for our stay. The views from the lanai every morning and every night were breathtaking. The owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you have absolutely everything that you could think of that you would need for your stay. Would highly recommend and if we ever get to the big island again would definitely stay here.

Spectacular Ocean Views

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this well appointed condo that has spectacular sunset views over the ocean. The layout of the condo works really well for 3 couples as it has enough communal space for a group but also has the privacy of 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The owner provides everything you might need for an easy vacation. There is all sorts of beach & sports gear, a well equipped kitchen, book & games galore, a good gas grill, in suite laundry, comfortable beds and plenty of quality towels. We enjoyed spending time by the pool & hot tub after playing pickleball in the early morning. There are 3 pools and the closest pool to us was never busy. The location of the condo is an easy walk to restaurants, groceries & coffee shops. Nearby happy hour at the Kona golf course, a stroll to the various markets in the neighborhood or a manta ray tour leaving from the marina are all just minutes away.We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this condo again next year.

Absolutely fabulously located and appointed condo! Communication with owner was first class, and the condo had everything that could possibly be needed to enhance anyone's stay and loads more besides. We used nearest of the three pools many times, and again, it was perfect. The welcome by the onsite manager, Wayne, was lovely. We also joined in the monthly party and were made very welcome. The proximity to the Keauhou shopping area and restaurants was brilliant too. Looking at dates for a return visit ....

Beautiful view and gorgeous property

The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed the fact that all three couples had their own room and bathroom. The nightly view of the sunset over the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was terrific. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a Hawaiian vacation. The only concern all of us had was the list of rules that we had to agree to and sign. It really made us paranoid the entire duration of our stay if we were too loud, or left the AC on too long, or if somebody would report us for wearing our sandals from the lani into the condo. If all these rules were clearly posted in the VRBO listing we would have never selected the property.

Big Island Beauty

We enjoyed this lovely space for 8 days. It was our first time on the Big Island but won’t be our last.This 3-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The unit was exactly how it was shown on the rental site. We travel quite a bit and this space was the most well equipped of anywhere we have stayed. From spices in the fully stocked kitchen to amenities in the bathrooms , the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We loved the large eating area and relaxing space on the balcony and having a bbq was a big hit with our gang! Thank you so much for making our first visit so enjoyable!

Lovely Condo

The condo is exactly as pictured, spacious, bright and very clean. We greatly appreciated the close (but not so close there will be noise) proximity to the pool and the extra coolers for our daily adventures. And I hate to tell you that if you book a sunset excursion it will be a waste because the sunset views from the patio of this condo can not be beat!

Can't beat the view!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is well-equipped and clean; and you just can't beat the view! Good communication with the owner. The KTA Grocery attached to a shopping center is just a 5 minute walk from the condo. Very handy! .

Retirement Relaxation Retreat!

Michael’s place did not disappoint, it was utterly exactly as pictured, and everything we could want to celebrate milestone birthdays and retirements. From booking through check-out, it was seamless, and Michael was always there to answer any questions prior and during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the lanai was perfect way to end each day watching the amazing sunsets. We BBQ’d, and used the kitchen as it was stocked with all necessities to cook (something usually lacking in VRBO’s) up our meals. The washer/dryer was huge so it was great to have in order not to have to pack so much. There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, masks and plenty of towels. All of these are in great shape, and we appreciated having them to take to the beach each day. We also enjoyed the quick walk to our parking spot, which was also adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings, followed by quick swim and heading to the beach. Location is perfect for getting both north and south of the island. We definitely expect a return visit with our friends as we all enjoyed our stay in Kona and at Michaels.

Beautiful Abode!

From the moment we entered the property, exquisite ocean views welcomed us. The condo was beautifully appointed and came with every accessory a group could want. Perfect location to head to the volcano, to some of the most pristine beaches, to old town or to stay in to enjoy the property itself. Lovely place, wonderful host!

Beauty on the Big Island

This is a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath condo. The owner was very helpful. The condo itself was an amazing space with a view of the ocean and a golf course. We enjoyed the lanai daily- and the location was central to all things we wanted to do. Exactly as described. I would highly recommend for a family. Can’t wait to go back!
