The apartment was clean upon our arrival. It is located in the city center with a supermarket just 100 meters away; however, the beach was a 45-minute walk, and the bus—which takes about 25 minutes to reach the beach—ran infrequently. Street noise could be heard in the living room, which was a bit bothersome when trying to sleep. There is no window in the bedroom. As it turned out, the washing machine in the bathroom was broken, and despite notifying the owner, I wasn't even provided with a basin to wash our laundry by hand, so I had to take our clothes to a laundromat. We also didn't receive extra towels or bed sheets, even though we stayed in the apartment for a week. Plaster kept falling from the wall on the balcony, and the stonework was stained with rust from the neighbor's side, so we didn't sit out there. The air conditioning worked fine and cooled the room well. Another annoyance was having to constantly switch the water heater on and off, as it could only remain on for 20 minutes at a time; the kitchen's main switch required similar constant adjustment.
