The service at the front desk was fantastic. Christine was very friendly and proactively worked hard to ensure the construction happening on the top floor wouldn't disturb my stay. Very appreciative of her looking out for me!

The front desk staff were all so pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast downstairs and it was excellent. Also- the maids were so kind in providing us with extra coffee. Super clean rooms too. So very impressed that we will definitely be back.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast service was great. The building needs a refresh, at least on the 5th floor. Hallway carpeting was stained and wrinkled which presented a potential hazard.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help if asked!! The room was very clean, including the toilet and bathtub. I even felt comfortable enough to take a bath. The only complaints are very minimal. The tubs are very slippery and could use something to help with gripping especially for older generations. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the carpet in the hallway in my floor seemed to be held together with tape. I would do be more than happy to stay there again!!
