Booked a King room. Placed in a room with 2 Double beds. I asked about it and showed my reservation. Told I was wrong and no refund for the price difference. Remote for tv didnt work. Waited over an hour for a new one and had to go to the desk twice to remind them. Outside is beautiful, inside cockroaches greeted you. Bathroom was rough, trash on the counters and bullet hole in ceiling. Mind you, I didn't get rude or ask for anything. Just brought it to their awareness and was brushed off. $90 for nothing. Oh also zero breakfast or coffee.

TV didn't work.Curtains let in too much light. Bed was too high. I had to get a step stool from my car to get into it. Mattress was mushy; not firm enough.

Didn’t like anything. Made reservations but didn’t pay until got to hotel. Told me they overbooked. Expedia should have contacted. Poker tournament and more than one of us got screwed as they jacked the price up on the rooms. Also tried to contact Expedia. That was a joke also. Never again.

Definately not a very clean or well maintined hotel (I had to repair the chain in the toilet tank). Parking was also bad since they had part of the lot blocked off for paving, and the front desk staff is not friendly or helpful at all. If you are in the area, stay elsewhere since this motel is not worth the price you pay. We were reluctant to reserve a stay here at first because of they reviews, but thought we would take our chances since we were traveling with pets and they don't charge for the first and $15 a night for the second. Bad decision on our part.

There was a very long wait to check in because no was manning the Front desk. Quite a few people were waiting for service or to check in. Some sort of sign explaining the absence should have been placed at the front desk.

Ice machine worked, pretty entrance, nicely kept courtyard. Things i didnt like were many. Lead paint falling off the wall, mold in every corner, refrigerator wouldnt get cold, wifi cutting in and out, multiple roaches scurrying on the wall, stained linen, electricity arc from socket blowing the circuit breaker, when calling front desk very unpleasant hostess didnt want to fix the breaker a nd warned me it would be a one time only deal! Got charged a 100.00 deposit fee when it should have only been 50.00 per your policy. Knowing that the next sucker will have a much cleaner room than i. Bathroom sink would t drain and pipes leaked. Room needs all updated furniture and appliances, including linen. Wont be back.
