Front desk was great. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Some staining on towels and on sheets. The parking lot wasn’t plowed whatsoever. Stains on the chair and furniture. No sound proofing of rooms as I could hear every time a door slammed closed all throughout the night. Tv did not work as it would not connect to the WiFi.

Shower kept going from hot to cold, there was no stopper in the tub, they tried charging my card before I got to the hotel even though I specifically put to pay when I get there. It was very unprofessional there.

It was definitely an okay stay. I enjoyed the breakfast. They did have some warm foods, so I’m glad it wasn’t a standard continental breakfast where the only serve cold food. I also slept really well, probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel room. However, the room itself was a little dingy and damaged. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and pieces were able to be removed. The bathroom faucet was loose, so it made brushing teeth or getting water a challenge. The lampshade, chair, and bench cushion was stained.

Used my rewards to o book this night, had to cancel (prior to the stated check in time) due to our event being cancelled. The temps were -25F, nobody was going anywhere. When I spoke to the hotel, they instructed me to reach out to hotels.com for refund. Strangely enough hotels.com “couldn’t get through despite multiple attempts”. I find that VERY hard to believe given the hotel picked right up when I called. Seems hotels.com likes to scam customers out of rewards despite years of loyalty. Very disappointed.

Heater/ac in room had mold on it Cobwebs in the corners up by the ceiling Bathroom ceiling looked like there had been a leak and mold starting other than that…. Bed was comfortable staff was very sweet and room was comfortable…a lil cramped but comfortable I’d stay here again I’d just hope not in the same room unless that stuff was fixed I didn’t stick around for breakfast although it did look like a decent choice of options
