Only 1 towell for 2 people. No hand soap to wash with. Cable and internet were awful. No.plug for tub. Cosmetically awful: no phone cord, no fire alarm, holes in wall, drawers broke and mirror in bathroom hanging to one side. Both door locks were broke so I had to put a chair against the door. A big mirror and picture just sitting on the floor not hanging on wall. The only reason I generously gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because there were no bed bugs.

Our room was double booked. The staff made a conscientious effort to upgrade us to another room. However, it took a while waiting for the room to be prepared before we could be checked in.

I am not a satisfied customer. I would like a full refund , there was no heat in the rooom in winter ice cold .I talked to night desk worker told me they coukd not authorize so talk to staff i.n morning who were nit responsible too. Woukd like a complementsry night full refund .Thank you

First the listing for amenities was totally incorrect. No microwave, no vending in the lobby, 5 working stations on the cable tv.... My room was clean at first glance. Bathroom door almost fell completely off. Had a table but no chair. Sink in bathroom leaked profusely. Having to use the only trash can to catch water was fun. Let's not talk about the criminal element in the general area. I was woken by a cop banging on my neighbors door for 20 mins.

The room had mold in it no blankets on the beds and we seen roaches dog poop outside the doors crack heads fighting this hotel is very nasty
