Liebes Novasol-Team,Bitte leiten Sie diese an die zuständigen Personen weiter.Die Rohrleitungen scheinen grundsätzlich verstopft, das entnehmen wir dem Folgendem:- Das Wasser aus dem Whirlpool konnte nicht ablaufen und hat das Badezimmer überschwemmt.- Gluckern der Rohrleitungen beim Duschen und Hände waschen.- Wasser im Toilettenkasten des einen Bades läuft nicht nach.- Kühlschrank kaputt, keine Seitenschalen in der Tür.- Wäscheständer kaputt- Türklinke von einem Zimmer geht regelmäßig ab- Mehrere Deckenlampen/Glühbirnen in den Schlafzimmern defekt- eine Latte aus dem Lattenrost hängt herunterSchmuddelig- Sofa fleckig- Topflappen dreckig und Löcher- Teppich auf dem Dachboden schmuddelig und fleckig Reinigung- Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt- benutztes Backpapier im Backofen- Backblech dreckig- Spinnenweben in den Ecken- auf Lampen dicke Staubschicht- Unterschrank im Bad nicht nutzbar (Dreckschicht)- Spakige Dusche- Wasserkocher verkalkt- Dachboden voller Krümel und Müllreste unterm BettMängel- Keine Schere- kein Mülleimer unter der Spüle- Kein Messbecher- Keine Waage- zu wenig Besteck für 8 Personen- Kein kleines, scharfes Messer- Keine Müsli-Schalen- nur 3 Plastik Müslischalen- Keine Zitronenpresse- Kaputter TopdeckelDie Reinigungspauschale haben wir leider schon überwiesen.Wenn die Reparaturen ausgeführt werden, die Ausstattung nachgerüstet wird und regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt wird, ist es ein schönes, geräumiges Haus.
