The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comgortable! We love the convenience of the secured underground parking. We will definitely be staying here again!

Weather conditions were such that many travellers were caught unprepared. It would have been nice if the hotel was able to provide a broom, brush or scraper to assist with snow removal.

Everything was good besides the breakfast, the turkey bacon tasted like plastic I would of rather had real bacon, sausages were dry and eggs were rubber, tried a bagel and they were semi stale and took 10 mins to toast it. Also had a dog with as I do appreciate a pet friendly hotel, there was no where to take her to use the bathroom, all cement and rocks on property

Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately it was also noisy, due to unruly neighbors. The real downer was the breakfast, cheap, cold, consisted of mostly prepackaged items, wood disposable cutlery that could not cut and is harsh on the tongue. Advertised as Kamloops best breakfast, I sure hope that is not true.

Overall, the stay was great. Clean and friendly. The only advice I would offer is to update the hookups in the room to accept usb in several locations. The 1 I did find, did not work, nor the plug in beside it. Besides that blip, everything was great. Thank you!
