We have stayed at the Golf Villas a half a dozen times m, each time in a different unit. This unit was as advertised generally. It’s a little on the smaller side compared to other golf villas that we’ve stayed in that were three bedrooms. This is not a three bedroom unit. it is a two bedroom unit with the availability to sleep more people in an upstairs loft pull out. We also did not notice when booking that you immediately must climb a dozen or more stairs to get inside the unit. It is also a little dated. They maintain temperature to go no lower than 74. None of these things were problematic just FYIAll in all, it was a good place to stay as it was a better value than some of the other nearby locations.

Great location

Wonderful and quiet. Great location and plenty of room. Lots of beach and pool toys available in the garage. Kitchen has everything you need and having a grill on the lanai is wonderful. Any minor issue we had was taken care of expeditiously.

A great stay for the most part

* Well equipped kitchen with many high end Breville appliances.* Space was nicely decorated and clean.* Note this is a *two bedroom* and not a 3-bedroom as described in the listing. There was a sofa bed upstairs but it is not a bedroom as there is no door and no closet.* BBQ was out of propane.

Perfect townhouse and location

Great place to stay on the kohala coast especially if you golf. Nicest beaches close by and kona is only 35 minutes. Very clean and well stocked with everything. Would rent again.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo at Golf Villas. The condo was fully stock with kitchen equipment and appliances. It was clean and spacious. The property manager and team was very helpful when we mentioned that there were no trash bags, which was promptly provided to us that day. The condo was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was close by to Waikoloa village, shopping and pretty beaches. We’d definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was beautifully outfitted. Unit was fresh and recently updated. We were told there was no beach equipment but we were pleasantly surprised with chairs, matts, boogie boards and more. Everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It would be wonderful if there was a speaker to play music on and the shower in the main bedroom is beautiful but the rock tile is painful to stand on and doesn’t drain very well. The sunshade on the lanai would have been helpful to use but we couldn’t find the tool to bring it down. The BBQ seemed to vent into the toilet closet in the main bedroom bath. We greatly enjoyed our time here and hope to be back sooner rather than later.

Relaxing paradise

Great Stay. Would Return

We enjoyed staying at this very clean, well-appointed, and organized condo. The property itself was perfect for two adult couples for our nine-day stay. They thought of everything, including a few welcome snacks. The condo complex was very busy with many children in the pool so it was not as relaxing to be by the pool when children are off of school. I tried one day, and about ten kids and five adults were in the pool. In the gym, there is one treadmill and one stairmaster, and weights. I was able to use them and did not have to wait. Both the condo and complex were maintained beautifully, and we appreciated being able to use the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Next time we would likely rent a golf cart as parking at the beach club could be full. A few pointers, bring your own laundry soap as they only give you five for a 9-night stay. Super pricey on the island.

Simply magical!
