Our room was spotless clean with a newly renovated bathroom. There was no stains or signs of mold. It was spacious and had everything you may need: plenty plastic and paper cups, coffee and tea, a working keurig machine, enough towels, etc. For breakfasts the hotel served a cup of 2 baked eggs, a cup of yogurt with compote and granola, and a muffin. For kids there was an option with lucky charms cereal. There’s plenty of parking behind the building. The hotel has a restaurant but it requires a reservation without any exceptions. Bottom line, we’d stay at this hotel again.

We had an excellent experience. The breakfast was cooked in a real kitchen. We wanted to try dinner there, but unfortunately they were booked for the evening. We'll definitely stay there again.

Excellent option in the Kanab area. I love the boutique feel of this hotel version the chain hotels. The staff at check in was so very welcoming and hospitable. The bonus was that Sego restaurant which is an excellent restaurant is right on the property, though it is now owned by the hotel. Our room was spacious, there was a welcome card when we arrived. That was a very special touch. The property is very conveniently located. I would 200% stay here again when in Kanab area.
