The neighborhood where the house is located is beautiful. We didn’t use the pool but we did check it out and both the indoor and outdoor pools were really nice. The clubhouse was also very nice. The backyard was very nice and we had dinner on the patio every night. The house is also very close to town. Our only complaint is that none of the TV’s were SmartTV’s. The rental company did get us Roku on the TV in the main living area. There were TV’s in 3 of 4 bedrooms but none of them were Smart TV’s.

Family trip to Red Rock country

This house was perfect for our family trip. Well-stocked, plenty of room, l comfortable beds, and a few outside seating areas. The community pool was used a lot by our crew throughout the week and the trails right from the neighborhood were awesome for us to do as a group. Our host took care of the only issue we had lightning fast on a holiday weekend! Highly recommend this property and hope to be back myself.

Central Location

Family of 6 and this property was perfect for us. We stayed here as our central hub. We would eat a hearty breakfast and pack a lunch for the day. We roamed to Bryce Canyon, Zion, Antelope Canyon and checked out many hikes in Kanab. We loved our rappelling experience in Orderville with the Roam Outdoor Adventure Co. Overall, we hope to come back again and 100% would stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable, welcoming

Totally enjoyed our stay at the home. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated 2 families of 4. The location is gorgeous and there is a walking trail that is just beyond the neighborhood called Tom’s Canyon. It was quiet and we appreciated the prompt communication from the host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Home was gorgeous and spacious. Fireplace outback was really cool. HOA pool was difficult to locate at first, but host communicated well to help us find it. We loved the pool and hot tub. Will rent here again!

Great for Family and dogs

We had an excellent time at the house. Our granddaughter enjoyed swimming and making S’mores at the backyard fire pit (wood provided in the garage for starters). The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Don’t miss the community private dog park (pool key opens that gate). Communication with the manager was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner.

Perfect location, great for families!

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Location allowed us day trips to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and tours of slot caves. After a day of hiking we would come back and enjoy the community pool or play some pickleball or shoot pool. there's also a city park and pool nearby with water slides and a splash area. I hope we get to come back again.

The rental is spacious, clean, well priced, property manager was available for questions. It did not have street parking which we would have preferred but found plenty of street parking a couple blocks away on 300 N just south and west of the property. We will book again

The Spirit of the Rock property was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and situated within walking distance to a family-friendly hiking trail and within driving distance to many southern Utah activity areas.

Spirit of the Rock rocked!!

Perfect house for our family of 7, ranging in age from 7 to 68. House was only 4 or 5 houses away from the swimming pool which the kids loved! The fire ring in the back yard was so nice! House was roomy and comfortable. We would stay here again! Great location to see southern Utah. Restaurants in Kanab were great too!

Great Backyard!

Backyard was a great for hanging out - loved the fire pit, the grill, and hanging out around the dinner table. The open living room, kitchen area was also great for our group. The location was within walking distance of town (definitely eat at Sego) and provided access to both Zion and Bryce. Amenities were plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in! The house was gorgeous and completely clean. There was a tiny mechanical issue and the property managers came right out and fixed it when called. Thank you. The location was perfect as we were able to visit three national parks. Fabulous Kanab Vacation!

The Spirit of the Rock was everything the listing said, and more! The location was central to many wonderful hikes and ATV adventures as well as an easy day trip to Lake Powell, Lower Antelope Canyon, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion NPs. We took full advantage of all of the above. The house itself was sparkling clean, well equipped and very comfortable for my husband and me when we were alone, and for the extended family while they were with us. I do wish there was a recycling bin available, but I suspect that is because the Town of Kanab does not offer recycling with its weekly trash pick-up. Kanab itself was a quick 4 minute ride into town with its many restaurants and shops. The view of the beautiful red-rock mountains from the back yard patio couldn't be beat. Hope we can come back some day! 5 stars!!!

Kanab, we miss you!

We absolutely loved our Kanab stay! I wish we could go back right now 😊 We will definitely be back, as there is so much to do and to see that we could not cover in our 5 day trip! The house is beautiful
 So spacious, high ceilings, huge rooms, tasteful dĂ©cor. So clean! Like new :) Very nice, light, large kitchen/dining/living area, with the access to pretty backyard, with fire pit/grill, outdoor dining table and gas grill. This red hill on the background is breathtaking! The house is in a short drive from multiple natural wonders, such as Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon North Rim (will open in mid May), Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend of the Colorado River, Antelope Canyon – all from 30 min to 1.20 hr from the house!
 Many fun places around Kanab, too – pink sand dunes, multiple caves, hikes, toadstool hoodoos, etc, etc
 Very nice grocery store at the town (few minutes drive from the house), restaurants, museums, fun little and big places to check out. The manager deserves separate admiration and huge thank you!! All our questions were answered IMMEDIATELY!! First time I experienced such service! Really really impressed, so appreciated it Micah! Thank you again, and looking forward to come back 😊
