Beautiful, although starting to show a little wear and tear in age in the rooms and not very soundproof as there was banging going on but overall a lovely stay. Staff were attentive, polite and pristine. Breakfast was varied and lots to choose from in the buffet. No laundry available. Well located with easy access to everything we needed including the station.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in my trip in Japan! The staff were so friendly, amenities were plenty. The best was super comfortable and an amazing shower and bath which was 10/10 😍. Would 100% stay if I visit Kanazawa again.

The staff were nice. The check-in was quick and efficient. The little cake treats, and flowers in the room wear a nice touch. And the shower was one of the best ones we’ve been in. Also, the Japanese breakfast was fantastic, which was included in our rate.

Overall we had an excellent stay here. The room was somewhat small but with great views, breakfast was fantastic with endless Japanese and western choices, and the hotel’s location is perfect. Upon arriving at 2PM we did run into a somewhat-unpleasant bellboy, who tried to assertively stop us from even approaching the front desk claiming that checkin is only available from 3 (a minute later we snuck behind him, and the receptionist was very happy to check us in and give us our room keys). But otherwise service was excellent.
