Weird check in process with staff walking around with laptops then directing you to a clumsy self check in kiosk. Not many staff were fluent in English which I found surprising, Room lacks space for luggage

This was a lovely hotel in Kanazawa walking distance to many places. Our rooms were so well equipped and well maintained. The onsen was a highlight for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station, castle, gardens and just across the road from the Omicho market. The room was a good size with a futon bed. But not much space for anyone with lots of luggage. The onsen was lovely with just one large pool set at ~42C. Breakfast was the highlight and really set this hotel apart - a box of fresh seafood, rice, pickles and miso soup as well as green tea was beautifully presented and delicious. Staff were always present to help with check in. And there was a self service luggage storage in the foyer.

Beautiful hotel.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable. Shower, toilet and wash hand basin all in separate areas of the room??? No where to hang your clothes. Only 6 coat hangers. No drawers. No option other than the local brown rice tea. Didn't get a chance to use the public bath as it closed at 10am and didn't open again until 3pm. Breakfast was rice and fish set tray. No options.

Great place to stay. Fantastic public bath. Staff was really helpful. The vibe is really nice and it’s close to a lot of different places in Kanazawa. Right next to Omicho market so you can go there for breakfast first thing in the morning.

Charming city on the west coast.

A very zen inspired hotel, everything seems effortless and fuss free, to the extent some basic amenities are forgotten or lacking I feel… Love the onsen with free drinks provided. Location is quite a walk from Kanazawa station but just a stone throw away from the main shopping, otherwise it’s a quiet little city center, not much action anyway.
