Easily accessed from the highway, very clean property and rooms. Staff was great. My son and I were driving up from Springfield, MO for a concert and needed somewhere fairly close to the venue and found this hotel was only a 9 minute drive. Super close, budget friendly, close to the gas station and restaurants and close to the highway for travelers. Will definitely book again next trip up.

Good place to stay if you like the constant stench of Cigarettes and Weed. Always noisy at night. Uber driver stated it is the known worst place to stay in North KC.

The room had been refreshed with paint, bathroom, etc. and was in good shape. Common areas are tired and noisy. Be aware the facility does rent by the week and month and all that comes with that. The room was noisy from all sides. For me, it was a fair priced place to stay that was OK, that is all.
