Overall ok. Location great to attend a ball game. While the location was great for access to Royals Stadium, it wasn't as comfortable as desired. Couch comfortable but the ants were distracting in the living room.House fairly clean but a lot of ants in the living room and the kitchen. Walls dingy and scuffed. Beds uncomfortable, would recommend an upgrade to mattresses. A hair dryer would be a great addition to the bathroom. Neighborhood quiet. With a few upgrades this could be a great rental.
It was one the worst ever. Dirty dishes in washer. Towels not folder in dryer. Dirty air vents throughout the house. Un mowed lawns. Weeds and trash everywhere and yes I have pictures. TV was intermitting at best. Was told it was a quiet neighborhood.. NOT.
Stayed for the Divisional game at Arrowhead and Arlington house was exactly what we needed. Hard working quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space and comfortable even though it was single digits cold outside, the Arlington house was warm. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Great location for the sports stadiums. A bit far from downtown if thatâs what youâre after. Older house for sure. Neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again for a NFL or MLB game
Me, my wife and our fur babies were looking for a place to stay for a quick weekend trip to KC and the Arlington House checked every box. The fully fenced-in back yard was huge and our pups loved running around.
We stayed for the weekend for a concert. Check in was smooth. The house was clean. Host was very nice. Can't ask for much more than that! Definitely recommend!
This house is an older home in an old neighborhood. But it was quiet and close to just about everything you need.
The game room was great for our son! Kept him busy when we were at the house.
There were a few things that werenât ideal but it was fine in the end. There are 3 bedrooms, however one of the bedrooms is attached to the other, so you canât leave the room without going thru the other. This was only really an issue at night when someone needed to use the restroom.
The door to the bathroom isnât set right and sticks causing a really loud noise when opening or closing the door. The shower head is lower than newer showers. Iâm 5â8 and managed okay however my oldest is well over 6 foot and couldnât take a shower to wash his hair.
The 2nd bathroom is actually in the basement and is sort of this stall situation. The door to that was also really stuck and had to be pulled hard to get it to open.
We were in town to visit family and catch a game. It worked well for what we needed.
We attended an event at Chiefs stadium. It was definitely walkable from the house (about 30min) though minimal sidewalks; there was a bit of a path to follow though. It was nice to not deal with parking at the stadium! Our family of 5 easily fit in the comfortable home.
We had a great time but the property did need some updates, toaster did not work which was not a big deal, needs better skillets, there were ants in the property which sometimes can't be helped, the place was cute and worked for what we needed.
House was easy to find. We were a little confused by the door code in the subject line and a different number in the overall description for check-in and amenities. We enjoyed the games available and the complementary coffee. It may be a good idea to leave a few more coffee pods. We felt the floors and bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Especially behind the door and in the corners of the bathroom. I love the ladder wall, vacation guide idea. We own a VRBO rental cabin in the Black Hills and I plan to install something similar in our cabin, after seeing yours. Overall, we would rent this property again in the future.
We loved our stay, very accommodating and comfortable for our family and our furbabies. Game room was a big hit for the kiddos & hubby. Loved that they left us some little snacks & coffee! Overall I would def recommend this place if youâre coming to independence or Kansas City, everything was in short driving distance for us! The hose was very responsive and helpful!
