First room smelled like mold and they moved us to a second room that wasn’t much better. Room was dirty and all of the furniture and the doors were old and out of date. They also have the nerve to hold $150 from your account for incidentals! This hotel is not even worth $150.

This place was okay. The room was pretty clean, but had a horrible smell. We were not sure if it was chemical, or mildew from the AC. The pool is out of service. The room was very quiet and the cable TV worked. Breakfast was pretty standard and good, waffles cereal, yogurt, plenty of drink options. They required a deposit upon staying, which seemed quite high for the quality of the room.

For a cheap stay, it was not bad. However, the service could have been better. They charged my card for two rooms, and I still have not received a refund. Additionally, the water in the shower would not get hot.he water in the shower would not get hot.

No frills lodging, but a clean place to rest. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable and soft. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Outdoor pool not in service. Could be safer if side building locks would always be locked to only open with room key.

Unfriendly staff. Fire detector chirping all morning. Advised staff at check out with minimal response.

Sheets had not been changed. You could see crumbs and hair on the sheets as well as the outline of the person who slept there prior. Used Kleenex on the floor and pizza sauce on the desk. Some left a shirt on the floor as well. Front desk refunded out $150 security deposit immediately. Waiting for the property manager to refund our room rate.

Don’t stay here! Horrible!

I’m not sure if they are just new owners or if they were remodeling or just didn’t care about the quality of the rooms, service, etc.our room had a funky smell, I couldn’t identify. The smoke detector was dis assembled and hanging from ceiling. The bathroom electrical outlet was uncovered and loose from the wall and exposed wiring making it unsafe and hard to plug in or unplug. None of the charging outlets worked. No working ice machines. We actually witnessed people opening windows from the outside and putting luggage through them and crawling into the windows. The free breakfast was a joke. Worst ever I’ve seen. The young college student at the front desk was more than impressed with working there. We chose this location because it was close to the KU Medical Center where my appointment was. Never going with Wyndham again!
