Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was a far better buffet than expected. The issue was the MARIJUANA THAT ENGULFED OUR ROOM AT 1 AM WITH MY CHILDREN SLEEPING. Beware this property is dated much like all properties conveniently located to major stadiums. You pay for the expectation of high end amenities based on convenience, yet more than one towel is unexpected with a family of 4.

Ok for baseball game but not great

Very average hotel. Stayed for one night to attend baseball game. Very convenient to the ballpark. Stayed at high end property downtown for four nights before so this felt like a big downgrade. Hotel is a bit dingy and not too comfortable but it did the trick for one night. Pictures online deceiving as it’s not that bright and fun as it looks like in the photos. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. It was fine and does ok for a one night stay but I wouldn’t wanna do multiple nights here.

We want to thank Mrs. Jo-Ann, she's one of the front desk employees. She was amazing and she should provide customer service training to the rest of the staff. She went beyond everything for us and was very knowledgeable about everything. The breakfast was delicious and with multiple options. The room needs to be deep clean ASAP, especially the bathroom area. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Cking in the person really had no personality. Our toilet wouldn’t flush had to switch rooms after unpacking and I needed towels and there weren’t any. This is no way to run a hotel. Also the area we’re u could buy stuff snacks and water were just about empty.
