Loud women. Bad Martini.

There were loud women outside our window at 1 AM. We think they were staff members. When we complained at checkout the woman in charge was nice enough to remove the parking fee. The bartender at the rooftop bar does not know how to make a martini-worst ever.

Neat hotel for a 24 hour conference

Neat hotel. I couldn’t tell if the area was safe to explore or not. It didn’t look like a “go for a walk” neighborhood. The valet didn’t help load the bags. They were a little more casual than I would have expected.

Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend.

I can’t recall the names of the two women at the front desk the night my wife and I stayed for our 1 year anniversary. BUT, they were amazing. We will DEFINITLEY be staying at this hotel again. Everything was fantastic.. my only complaint was that after day one our room wasn’t cleaned, and it was only when I called down to the front desk to find out why that they informed me that they only clean if requested which was not communicated at check-in.
