The check in process is easy. Download the app and check in. Check in is at 3, we arrived at 5, and had to go to the desk because it said our room wasn't ready. You're supposed to have a digital key, but it is always "on the way" so we had to go to the desk and get a physical one. The app says parking is $10, but when you pay, it's $21. The hotel is clean. The room was nice. I wouldn't walk past the hotel property though.

The property had a nice facelift, but the common areas, ventilation system, and general feeling of the property did not live up to the usual experience at a Hilton Garden Inn. The bedframe was very noisy, the room seemed excessively humid despite using AC, the elevator needed some touch up. Nothing terrible, but just not quite up to expectations. The neighborhood is not conducive to walking at night.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was better, the room was in better condition. This time, the room smelled damp and the carpet was dirty. The room and bathroom were clean, but the carpet was sticky, and the comforter had a yellow stain on it, which didn't inspire confidence.
