The heaters werent working in the rooms, and it was about 28 degrees outside. They did provide space heaters, and that did help. The breakfast area was very messy.

I stayed there Dec 5th for one night. I still haven’t got my deposit back. They said 3 business days. There is no reason that it’s taking almost a week and still nothing. The hotel was nice and relaxing but. If you tell your customers something how about you do it correctly. Unacceptable.

When we got to the room the floor by the bed was wet like someone had spilled something on the carpet. Next on Sunday all at once water started coming from the ceiling above the tub by the vent. It appeared the ceiling was soft from this happening before. When we called maintence he could speak English. After showing it to him he was gone for about an hour. Came back went in the bathroom with some part for the toliet. Nothing appeared fixed with the water from the ceiling. I called the front desk and went to the front desk to complain before someone finally came.

Check in was easy, and the room was comfy and clean. However, after arriving to our hotel after a football game had ended, there were no open spaces in the designated parking lot for hotel guests.

Hotel was conveniently located to arrowhead stadium. Was with in walking distance. Room was clean, staff friendly . Had extra space heater and fan for rooms. Hot water +++ good water pressure. Only issue was no vending only snacks to purchase from front desk. Prices were very expensive. Area was decent. We would choose establishment again. Prices were reasonable.

Check in was not good. Started at 4:00, we arrived at 4:30. Was told room wasn’t ready, to wait 30 min. We waited, as others were arriving and checking in before us (I get it, not all room types are the same). This is a game day with a night game start and people want to check in, then get to the game. Were told after 30 min we needed to wait another 15. We went up, no room, we had to wait longer. By the way, there’s no line at check in. Very frustrating. Everything else was fine. Room Was good, breakfast was good, no extra for parking with was food. This location used to have a managers reception and snacks in evening. They have stopped that but continued the breakfast, which wasn’t bad. Same as a Hampton or similar, but more than a continental breakfast.

Rooms were fine. Staff was kind but overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in for the game and rooms weren't necessarily ready for many. The location to the stadium is prime.There is a sidewalk to the stadium from the hotel and that was great. It was worth it not to park and wait in the traffic after the game. The breakfast was mediocre but not bad. I would say overall the hotel was mediocre but worth it for the proximity to the stadium.
