Experience was great with the exception of the Valet parking! Valet was a mess!!! Staff was working very hard but not enough help. Waited literally over an hour for our vehicle then just ended up walking to get ourselves!!!

This hotel caters to business clients on expense accounts. If you are an ordinary person there on vacation, as I was with my grandson, they couldn't care less. I spent more than $1200 for 4 nights in an overpriced room and another $200 for a couple of mediocre meals. One evening my grandson and I went to the lounge in the middle of the day to watch a baseball game. My grandson had an ice cream sandwich that was purchased in the hotel. We didn't want to order a meal. The waiter told us to leave because of a rule against "outside food". We left, didn't feel like arguing with that ass. My grandson is black by the way. We will never stay there again.

The room was fine. Front desk was exceptional. The valet was horrendous. They had no idea when they took your keys. Cars were parked everywhere, came back six hours later my car was still sitting there with the window down. Got ready to leave the next morning and there were tons of people waiting on their car, waiting in an hour and a half still no car, couldn’t find several people’s keys. Finally found my keys and had to walk five blocks to find my car, also had to walk three levels of the parking garage. Then when I went to leave the parking garage, they tried to charge me $10 because I didn’t have a key even though the manager sent us to walk to get our car. I will never valet Park here again.

Placed an order for room service. After 90 minutes I had to call again. The manager was apologetic and deliver the food herself. Hood customer service. The housekeeper knocked to clean the room at 0815a daily. This is too early...for me. Thanks and Enjoy Today!

Great stay. Parking was expensive ($45 a day) just wish there was information on the web site regarding parking. The garage was full so I had to valet and no one shared the fees associated with valet parking. Other than that no complaints!

We stayed at the Marriot to be close to the convention center. The property had parking and restaurants on site, so everything we needed was within walking distance. The rooms were nice, and the view of the city was amazing.
