TV didn’t work in the first room. Instead of changing TV, had to change rooms. Never got housekeeping during entire 3 night stay. When I complained it fell on deaf ears. Even called during the second day to remind front desk that we wanted housekeeping, when we arrive back at 9:00pm, still no housekeeping service. When I complained to front desk, no apologies, no explanation, just an attitude when I asked for fresh towels. Rooms were old, furniture was beat up, one of the provided paper coffee cups had been opened, gym was laughable and inadequate. Old treadmill, no water, hardly any room in the area. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast good. All walls and doors have peeling paint or chunks taken out of them. It badly needs new paint, hall carpet replaced. Lobby bathroom had a black curly hair on the sink and a “brown” spot near the toilet that had been there for a while because it was dry.

The place is fine for a quick stop or a couple days, but would not recommend for longer business trips. The shower in our bathroom had a massive leak upon arrival and the bathroom itself was not very clean with hair in multiple areas of the shower, floors and even in the sink. Looked and felt like a rushed cleaning throughout the room, but was not a deal breaker in anyway. Breakfast was good enough, and the eggs were better than most other options in this price range. They have a decent little workout room, and the staff was very nice. Just not the cleanest or nicest place you’ll ever be, but for the price it was fine for a quick nights stop.

Took 30 minutes how to figure out the TV. There should be instructions on how to work 2 remotes! Tried to call the front desk for help and the phone didn’t work. Latch that goes across the door was falling off! Not very secure for a woman staying alone. Very noisy! Not as impressive as the pictures make it look!

Our room had paint chipping off the wall. Out of 5 light bulbs in the room, 2 were missing. Room was quiet. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was average for what I'd expect - with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, some oranges set out. Orange juice was watery.

The room eas dirty with dirty handprints on the wall. They did not look like they had been cleaned. There was also a musty smell in the room. We ended up leaving and not staying. The hotel staff was very nice. You could tell that they had people do this before. They didn't give us our money back without any trouble at all. The area around there is not a good area. The convenience store across the street was rough.
